In case of dissatisfaction of the received product you have the right to return it to: City of Sopot, 26A Hristo Botev Str., in period of 10 days counting the day of delivery. The return costs should be payed by the customer. You should provide bank account details so that we can pay back the price of the accessory, which will take no longer than a 5 days after receiving the returned item.

Requirements:

• the client who wishes to return the ordered item should write an e-mail to: office@ellinorfashion.com or call +359 87 991 2405 in period no longer than 10 working days counting the date of delivery. You should provide bank account details in order to pay back your money.
• The product must be returned in exactly the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unwashed, not modified in any way and with all of its labels, accessories and documents issued by FIL-CO EOOD - receipt/invoice and other.

The client pays all shipping costs for return. FIL-COEOOD can keep it's right not to restore accessory costs paid by the client in case of violation of one or more return terms and conditions.
