In order to make the service extremely convenient for you, we, from ELLINOR Fashion will pay the costs for your delivery if the price of the order equals 150 or more EUR. If the order is at a lower price the shipping costs should be payed by the consumer. The shipping costs are depending on the weight and the country and areworth between EUR 6 – 12.
After sending your order, you should receive confirmation e-mail with details of the exact amount of the shipping costs the on the e-mail you have given us. From 1 up to 6 hours you should be contacted by an operator to confirm the order and certify your shipment details. Delivery in EU countries is usually within 4-7 working days. The products are delivered from Monday to Friday during office hours. Dispatches and deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.

You should pay return costs and after we receive back the product we will transfer back your money via the bank account you have given us. The transfer would happen no later than 5 working days.
