After sending your order, you should receive confirmation e-mail with details of the exact amount of the shipping costs the on the e-mail you have given us. From 1 up to 6 hours you should be contacted by an operator to confirm the order and certify your shipment details. Delivery in EU countries is usually within 4-7 working days. The products are delivered from Monday to Friday during office hours. Dispatches and deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.

Returns and Refunds
In case of not being satisfied of the delivered product, you have the right to return it to the address: City of Sopot, 26A Hristo Botev Str., in a 10-day period counting the date of delivery. You should pay return costs and after we receive back the product we will transfer back your money via the bank account you have given us. The transfer would happen no later than 5 working days.
Return requirements:
- the client has sent a request for return ordered accessory via sending an e-mail: office@ellinorfashion.com or calling +359 87 991 2405, no later than 5 days from the date of receiving the order. You should then provide details of your bank account where you wish to receive back your money.
- We will accept return policy only if the ordered/returned product is in a perfect commercial condition including original package, labels along with the original document and receipt/invoice and other.
The client pays all return costs concerning the transportation of the product back to our office. ELLINOR Fashion can keep it's right to decline paying the accessory's costs paid by the client in case of violation of one or more return terms and conditions.
